I served in the U.S. Air Force as a KC-135 avionics technician, supervisor, and later an instructor. After my service, I worked as a maintenance planner at JetBlue, overseeing the scheduled maintenance of a fleet of 60 aircraft. While I don’t hold a current A&P license, my hands-on experience and strategic oversight have given me a deep understanding of aviation operations and safety.

From avionics to logistics, my career has been built on solving complex problems with efficiency in mind. I hold a master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and thrive on finding innovative ways to save time, improve systems, and optimize workflows. Whether in aviation, business, or technology, I look for opportunities to make things work smarter, not harder.

I believe leaders lead from the front while managers lead from the back. My leadership approach focuses on understanding what drives individuals and guiding teams toward success through clear communication and adaptability.
